Located on the bluffs above the confluence of the Mississippi and St. Croix rivers; about 45 minutes from Minneapolis, MN and 25 minutes from St. Paul, MN.
On WI Hwy 35 driving north — Just before entering downtown Prescott, look for the Visitor Center sign; turn left onto Monroe Street.
From Prescott downtown where Hwy 10 intersects with WI Hwy 35 — drive 1 mile south on Hwy 35; look for the Visitor Center and “Wildlife Viewing Area” signs. Turn right onto Monroe Street. Freedom Park is 1 block from Hwy 35.

Tuesday–Saturday: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
Sunday: Noon–5 p.m. Monday: Closed
Summer Center Hours
Memorial Day – Labor Day
Monday–Saturday: 10 a.m.–6 p.m. (Lobby and restrooms open until 8 p.m.)

Fall Center Hours
